Personality:
She is not much like her cousin Sinoba, she doesn’t mind showing her emotions to people, or atleast, not as much as he does. She is a person all her own, sometimes she is blunt and can be very cruel, but at other times she is very sensitive and kind to others, but at other times she is an extreme hot-head. Her ‘buttons’ aren’t the easiest to push, try if you like, but she mostly just ignores it.
Looks: Chiyoko has almost, purple eyes, she has short black hair and she always wears a blue flower in it. She does not have any markings on her face, but she, like her cousin, has a black crescent moon on the back of her neck. She also wears an eye patch, and it surprisingly looks nice on her, but that’s not why she wears it. She wears it because there is no eye there because it was… lets just say ‘removed’.
She wears a blue kimono-like dress thing with a black obi and black ribbons. She also wears a blue ribbon around her neck for decoration. Her kimono-like dress thing, has sleeves but the sleeves aren’t actually attached to the kimono-like-dress-thing. The sleeves are a part all their own.
History: Chiyoko’s childhood was normal, she spent time hanging out with her parents and she easily made friends. She was very outgoing and her friends always enjoyed her presence.
Many years after she moved out of her parents, she was a wanderer, she liked to sleep outside, it was normally peaceful. One day she ran into her cousin, Sinoba. They got into a bit of a ‘disagreement’ and they fought each other. By the end of the battle they were both injured, badly. After that battle she has had to wear an eye patch because her eye got ‘removed’. She now, fears Sinoba, who could blame her? He tore out her eye, but because of him, she now does not fear much anyone else.
Since the war between angels and demons has begun, Chiyoko has continued to be a wanderer. She is not looking to kill anyone, but she will not hesitate to, if she needs to for self defense.
Skills: Chiyoko has the same abilities as her cousin, Sinoba. She can bend, control and manipulate water at her will. Chiyoko is slightly different though, she is not so skilled as to be able to bend blood even if its outside of someone’s body. She, like Sinoba has the ability to go into a dragon form at her will, though she rarely does.
Weapons:
Throwing Stars: Chiyoko usually carries a bunch of throwing stars with her to throw at her opponent, she is very skilled at using these, she her throws are always dead-on. She only uses them against weak enemies though, because they can be caught or dodged.
