You should make a Graveyard (with ghosts and tombstones and what not)
and perhaps a school building, it would be pretty fun if it were abandoned, but either way, its your desicion.

How about Paris? It has a river which could be controlled byt either angels or demons, and it's big and historical. Hmmm, not really enough reasons to put it there, if I think of anymore I'll let you know!
