What was wrong with him (Open)

[Yang]

The sun beamed its hot and powerful sun rays down to earth. The black payment of the city seemed to sizzle under the tall buildings and the poor humans feet that walked on the hot hard surface. This day seemed to make Yang come out and run her heart out. Her body seemed to love the heat also. She always felt cold and never seemed warm until days like today. Yang hand her white hair put up her hair in a messy pony tail. Her hair seemed to fall out slowly as her body ran with the rough streets of the city. Her light blue jeans had only a few rips in them around her knees from were she fell a year or two ago. Her shirt was a pink sports bra with a bright blue tank top over it. Her shoes were black with blue writing all over them.

No one was looking at her as she ran between them as they walked and talked on their cellphones. Some of the humans act like that the demons never came. Yang put her hand on her sword that was on her right side, one of her double swords. She shook her head as she took her mp3 player out of her pocket as she kept running with out skipping a step. She then heard her favorite song as it blared against her ears. She loved the song that had ended as it was "shoulda, by Hinder" She wished she could see them in concert for she would be the happiest human alive. Yang moved her hand on the back button as the same song blared again and she song with it. Her soft voice carried off the torn stone walls.

She did not noticed that she took the wrong turn and went down a very bad street. The street had a lot of drug bust and shootings. Her mind was taken by the song until something sweet smelling her nose. She looked up and stopped dead in her tracks. She now knew she took the wrong turn and walked right into a stabbing. She was a few feet from the two men and she could still smell the blood that dripped from the knife. Yang did not know what she should do. Should she go save that man? Or just forget about them? Come one Yang think! think! Hurry! Ugh Fine! She thought as she took forward towards the two men. The one who had the knife turned quickly towards her. She stood in front of the man, He was wearing reaged and very dirty. His eyes seemed to be somewhere else at the moment. She saw as the other man that was stapped, he was nice dressed in a suit and all, The man started to run away screaming his head off. Yang looked down at the man's knife and her body shook in the urge to kill him. The man began to come closer with a horrid grin. Yang did not move as she put up her hands in defense and spoke in a very calming voice. " Hi there sir. now clam down no need to be upset" Yang did not want any angles to come down and try to attack her because she was actually saving a human.

The man kept coming closer as he started to get a good jap on her with the knife. Yang took a hold of his wrist as she pulled him closer then bent her knees as she threw him over her shoulder. Yang noticed that the man was very underweight for his height then looked back at him. The man was out cold and seemed to be in a clam sleep. This made Yang think, Hmmm what made him like this Yang looked over at the homes as they were all torn down and not in good condition. Yang thought that he may of been on drugs but a small voice in her head said that it was far from a drug doing that to him.

A small breeze ruffled Auralies silver hair, she pushed the strands out of her face as she took a peek over the roof top onto the street bellow. The sun glared down on her back and she shuddered. She used to love the sun; until she became a vampire that is. She lowered her hand to remove her black Dior sunglasses from where they were strapped to her thigh. A dagger was also strapped there, she gave it a loving stroke and slid the sunglasses up her nose. She wore white high-waisted shorts, she didn't like them as they had no pockets to conceal any weapons. A black, backless top that reached her belly button covered her front and Azure Moon - her staff - was strapped to her back. Her black high-heeled sandals were impractical for running but looked good.

She preffered to keep to the rooftops, there were hardly any people there and the men down on the street really annoyed the hell out of her at times. She took a breath of the fresh air to clear her head, she was hungry. She had come ere especially to hunt. While she was looking down she noticed a scuffle down below. The scent of blood reached her nostrils, her vision clouded and she swayed where she stood. Auralie saw a girl with white hair knock out one of the men. She grinned, the sun light glistened on her fangs. Even if the girl wasn't an angel, she was strong. The smell of blood was becoming too mouth-waterengly strong. She growled softly she hated her weakness. Auralie had no choice but to jump down from the tall building. Unfurling her black wings to steady herself before she landed on the ground.

Auralie's wings folded neatly against her back.
"I'm not here to attack you." She said to the girl. Auralie looked around for the bleeding man, her eyes locked onto him at once. Her breathing became ragged and heavy while she made her way over to him. A small grumble came from her stomach. Soon she would be full, and much more stronger, just as long as the werewolf girl didn't intefere.

[Yang]

Yang noticed that a angle of some sort dropped down in front of Yang and the man she filliped. Yang maybe on the Demon side and she hated the angles and other people to support them. Yang did not notice the angle with black wings and long silver hair was a vampire mix until she notice her going after the human. Yang heard her speak but she did not listen for she did not care. Yang did not like humans but that human had something very wrong with him. Yang wondered if the Vampires got what the humans got sometimes threw there blood. Yang shook her head as she began to walk away when her hand was on her two swords. Yang noticed that Toso was running behind the vampire. Toso's white fur was moving in the wind as his red markings, like his owner yang, moved with his fur. Yang growled as her wolf was thinking that the vampire was a danger to Yang when she wasn't.

Yang glared at her wolf as he stopped very close to the angel vampire and he took stance to attack, but he was only growling. Yang stared at the Vampire some as she did not know what to do, Well she knew if she attacked Toso then she would attack her, but what if she don't.. Yang did step closer to the vampire and she spoke in her soft voice. Yang thought that with her and Toso so close to her that she would think they were about to attack her. “If your not hear to attack me why the human, and Toso isn't here to attack you either. There is something wrong with that human” Yang did not know why she was saying this she just wanted Toso to see the Vampire as a threat and leave with her. Yang then heard a large scream from the house that the human came out from. Yang did not have a good feeling about this one bit. She knew some demons who did not join up with the demons, nor the angles, and were very strong. Yang thought quickly as maybe the human was affected by the demon or something and the demon was still in the house.

Yang left the Vampire to do her joy or eating as she started to move up the rotten steeps of the house. Yang felt Toso behind her as his shoulders were about three feet tall. Yang knew her wolf was not a normal wolf but she knew he was the best Yang could have. Toso stood beside Yang as she stared at the door. Wanting to know if she should leave or go in.

Auralie sunk her mouth into the stabbed mans arm, feeling his life force drain away completely as her throat warmed and her head cleared. She sighed with pleasure, she was lucky that she hadn't had to look far. Auralie ignored the wolf behind her, she had no reason to attack him or his owner. SHe stood up once she had drunk her fill and wiped her lips carefully so as not to smudge any blood around her face. The foul stench of the other human filled her nostrils and she had a hard time not retching. There was something wrong with him but she didn't want to know what.

A scream resounded behind her, perhaps there was more trouble here than she had expected. Auralie turned her head to see that the werewolf had already gone inside the house. This aroused her curiosity and she remembered her mother saying 'curiosity killed the cat...' but on the other hand she knew she wasn't a cat. A small smirk played around her rosy lips while she toyed with the idea of going into the house after the werewolf. The curiosity getting the better of her, Auralie moved at lightning speed to where the werewolf was.

"Name's Auralie. I'm hunting, and you aren't prey so no need to worry..." She whispered lightly, her eyes boring into the werewolf. Auralie always stared, she liked to make an assesment of the person in question before she got too close.

[Yang]

Yang did not notice that the vampire was close to her until she spoke to her. Yang jumped as her hair on her head rose and Toso just looked back and growled some. Yang heard the vampire spoke and heard that she was no threat I her voice. Yang looked back as her eyes maybe the crimson color but her eyes were soft, yet strong. Yang spoke to Auralie “Good to know, Then I will not hurt you either. But don't think that means you can just walk out easily though. You still are my enemy.” Yang spoke hard but soft toned.

Yang saw that the house had many ruts and the floor was decaying fast. There was many leaks in the roof. The steeps to the upstairs had many steps missing. Yang then saw what was once the being that screamed the scream was a female human. She was holding a child in her stomach and Yang looked away for a moment. She did not want to see a child be kill before her eyes. Yang heard feet about her start to run up more stairs. Maybe to the roof. Yang looked down at the female human. She was still alive. Yang walked to the human as she lifted the human up and sat her up. The human was still alive and it seemed her childed was hurt for there was no blood down there, just from her head. Yang looked over at the Vampire and looked down. “You think you could help me bring her to a hospital maybe, and then Toso and I can go after who did this. His or her scent would still be strong. You can do what ever you want after taking her. And my name is Yang, that is Toso.”

"Ha. Just watch me walk me away." Auralie snorted, getting on the defensive. She was in no mood to fight with the oposition. Sh was on a personal mission today and she did not want any interferances. The smell of blood and decay was strong within the old house. Added to the rot and the damp, it made her feel sick. She had hightened senses, at times like these they were a hindrance. Auralie placed one hand over her nose and the other on her staff. The retractable handle instatly popped out.

Auralie heard a scream. A woman in what looked to be her early thirties was clutching a small child to her. Blood covered her head. She held the bannister of the stairs tightly so as not to jump on the human. Her eyes narrowed and her breathing was heavy. Auralie began to breath through her mouth. She wanted to find the thing that did this and rip them apart. She hated to see innocents hurt, unless of course the woman was no innocent and was hiding something. Auralie narrowed her eyes at the woman.

"You take the woman, I'll take the child as there's much less blood. I'll shadow behind you, I suggest we go on the rooftops as there's much less people up there." She breathed, the house made her feel unease. Auralie picked up the child, she looked terrified but there seemed to be reliefe in her eyes. Auralie placed the child on her back, "Hold on tight little one." The child's arms tightened around her neck as Auralie jumped up to the roof top.

[Yang]

Yang watched as Auralie grabbed on the banister when the human fell and Yang began to have a en empty stomach felling. Yang looked back at Auralie as she picked up the child and told her that she would shadow. Yang saw that Auralie was nice and kind towards the child and this made Yang think more then ever. Yang shook her head as her white hair moved like little feathers. Yang looked at the mother as she watched her child go away with a being that the human never saw. Yang saw the mothers relief but sadness and fear in her eyes. Yang spoke towards Auralie as she picked up the mother on her back and ran towards the roof with Auralie. “You sure you will not bite either of them? Or that your strong enough to take the boy to the hospital across town?” Yang jumped towards the next roof as Toso jumped with her. Yang looked around and knew she should get back soon so she can get back towards that low demon who attacked the poor two.

Yang looked around as she had to dodge many weak spots in the roofs. The air began to rumble as Toso wined of a bad storm coming. Yang cussed under her breath as how would they trace the mans or womans scent if it was washed away. Yang began to move faster as she felt the mother on her back kept mumbling what were they doing and how was her son. Yang wasn't the type to talk to humans as she shouldn't even be helping them at the moment. Yang looked over at Auralie and then back behind her. Yang spoke again as she looked again at Auralie. “ You are an angle right? So you should have more human skills then I. Can you talk to her? So she can hush up?” Yang looked away as the mother kept asking who were they? Were were they taking her? Were is her son? Is he ok? Yang rolled her eyes as she don't understand humans one bit.

Yang noticed that the sky's began to get darker and the air began to drop. Yang could smell the rain coming as her body shivered in the cold bitter wind that was hitting her. Yang looked over at Auralie and hopped that none of her members would see here at the moment as for the would be ferocious. Yang kept her legs jumping from roof to roof avoiding the human eyes. Yang did not want any more trouble nor did she want the mother to speak of them when they reached the hospital. Yang sighed to herself as how did she get herself into this.

"I've just fed, I'll be fine." Auralie called to Yang. Auralie noticed the woman was whimpering and making a lot of noise, she would definitely attract unwanted attention. Maybe it would be easier to knock her out? but then the boy would see... And a frightened child was the last thing that Auralie wanted. AUralie felt the air get more moist, she didn't need to look up to see grey storm clouds. At least she felt at home in the dark, it was nice to get out of the blistering heat.

Auralie ran up beside Yang and made herself level with the woman. She stretched out her hand and placed it on the womans cheek as she muttered a calming spell under her breath. "Honey, it's ok. It's going to be alright. You and your child are safe. It will be fine, I promise." Auralie said in a reassuring tone of voice, she added a small smiole, not showing her teeth. The woman quietened. The blood was drying up on the woman's head, Auralie was glad, she fell back again to shadow Yang. She picked up her pace, if it rained it would be alot harder to track whomever did that.

Luckily, the hospital was now in sight. Auralie breathed a sigh of relief. "Shall I wipe their memories?" Auralie asked Yang quietly, she didn't want the mother or son to hear her. A single drop of rain fell onto Auralie's nose, it was the calm before the storm. And it was going to be one hell of a storm.

[Yang]

Yang heard Auralie that she would be just fine because she just ate. Yang thought when she had just ate and thought of that man outside of the house. Yang shook her head on how the vampires ate and her stomach got sick. Yang watched as Auralie worked with the human. Yang could not believe that someone could be so kind with a human. Yang kept her eyes forward and not paying any attention to anything around her.

Yang saw the hospital very close as she stopped and stared at the huge brick building. The lights in the windows were bright showing that the building never slept. Yang looked over at Auralie and shook her head yes. Yang did not want the humans began to talk about her and Auralie. They would both be killed for even being by a demon. Yang looked quickly over to Auralie and spoke. “Lets get it over with. You can go on afterwards if you want. Toso and I would not need help” Yang spoke softly but still in her hard voice. Yang did not trust easily or really not at all.

Yang looked up as the droplets of the rain began to come down more. Yang wined as she hatted the idea very much and did not want the scent to be washed away. Yang dropped the human in fount of the building as she looked around and hopping no humans came along. Yang waited to see what Auralie was going to do.

Auralie placed her her hands on the head of mother and child and said the spell to wipe their memories. The humans had an unnaturally blank look in their eyes and Auralie could tell that the spell had worked. "Lets go catch however did this." Auralie growled. She unfurled her wings and jumped into the air beofre any humans saw her. The rain drops contnued to fall and her hair blew wildly across her face.

"I'll follow you and your pet." She said, she readied her staff which she clutched in her right hand. She glared at Yang, daring her to disagree. She was going to get revenge, wether Yang liked it or not. Thunder sounded in the distance, Auralie landed beside Yang with her wings still spread out. It was too difficult to fly in stormy conditions, she would have to run.

[Yang]

Yang watched as Auralie placed her hands on the heads of the mother and child. She said a few words as the eyes of the mother and child began to become blank. Yang then saw as Auralie's black wings expand and began to lift her into the air. Yang heard her speak "Lets go catch however did this." Yang felt the rain on her skin as she knew there was no time to argue with her at this point. Yang nodded as she moved and jumped onto the closest house. Yang looked down at Toso and he smiled up at her and nodded towards her. Yang knew she would have to use both of their noses to find the scent in this weather. The wind began to pick up as Yang's white hair and Auralies silver hair moved with the hard wind.

Yang heard Auralie spoke again, "I'll follow you and your pet." Yang twitched as Toso did as well as those words came out of her mouth. Yang saw her landed next her, Yang did not know it was that hard of the wind until she saw Auralie drop down. Yang then looked forward as her voice was soft but still strong enough to be heard over the thunder, wind, and rain that banged them. “Fine I don't care what you do at the moment. But Toso isn't a Pet He is my brother.” Yang spoke as she looked back at Auralie and smiled a soft smiled as she petted Toso. Yang let her body began to move as white fur that grew on her body. Yang grew her claws that were very sharp and her long bushy tail. Yang's ears moved to the top of her head as they became dog like. Her nose became long and dog-like as her fangs grew longer. Yang grew to the hight of six foot. She looked like a large human-like dog. She was a werewolf that had soft features. Her hair was put down as it flowed down the fur on her back. Yang looked over towards Auralie and smiled a very fangs grin. “Lets get going”

Yang bent her body as she was going to jump from the next house. Yang let her muscles tense as she let go of them as she let out of a powerful leap. Yang kept jumping form house to house as she landed at the place they begun. Yang sniffed around the ground the house and inside. Yang caught a strong scent as she began to chase it. Yang did not wait for anyone as she couldn't for the scent was getting less and less by the drop of rain.

Auralie raised an eyebrow when she learned that the other wolf was Yang's brother. Although that was the only thing that gave away her surprise. She gave a light shiver as a cold gust of wind blew around her. She hated weather like this as she couldn't fly. Auralie's hair whipped into her face, 'damn' she thought 'of all the times to forget a hairband...

Auralie crouched slightly, tensing her leg muscles to make the jump. She sprung up into the air, seeming hover their until she sank down onto the next building. She was starting to build up speed until she was right behind Yang and her brother. The rain pelted down on her face and her hair was soon dripping as if she had fallen into a swimming pool. Her wings felt so much heavier than usual because of the added water weight. Auralie pulled them in as close as possible then masked them from view. She felt a lot lighter now.

While Auralie was running, she whistled lightly. A simple but powerful tune. For within ten seconds after she had finished whistling, Emi - her pet and companion faerie appeared at her side. Emi floated along behind Auralie. They transferred thoughts instead of shouting in the wind and rain. Suddenly Auralie felt warm and dry, it appeared that Emi had cast a drying spell on her. Auralie called out to Yang "hey Yang, do you Emi to cast a drying spell on you?"

Yang was very in tone with her running as she heard Auralie's whistle. Yang did not mind as she kept in her pace as she was more determined to get the human that did this to someone. Yang could felt the heavy wind and rain beating against her fun and saw that Toso, her brother like friend, pet, Was running a little behind. Yang thought it would be of the rain beating against him, as Toso had thicker fun then she did. Yang felt a bit bad as she wished she could help Toso. Yang then heard Auralie ask her "hey Yang, do you Emi to cast a drying spell on you?". Yang then knew as she stopped so quickly that Toso had trouble stopping.

Yang looked over at Auralie and shook her head towards Aualie but spoke softly but strong. “Not for me I shall be fine, But Toso would need it soon, If you don't mind.” Yang then stood to wait so Auralie's pet or friend Emi can warm Toso up. As Yang waited she felt the wind go strong underneath her nose as she smelled the smell of the man not to far from here. The scent was not so strong, but strong enough for her to trace for a good moments. Yang looked over at Aurali and spoke very strongly. “They human, He is very close. I can smell his scent.”

Auralie nodded to Emi, who then said the spell for Toso to become warm and dry. Emi flew over to Auralie and perched on her shoulder, the weather was getting worse and it was becoming increasingly difficult for Emi to stay up in the air. Auralie folded her wings as close as possible to her back to keep them out of the way.

Auralie listened into the rain, the sound of thousands of water droplets mixed with running and shouts from humans mingled together. But she had learnt how to focus her hearing onto just one thing. She listened trying to pick out anything out of the ordinary, then she heard it. There were definite human sounds coming from nearby, human sounds that shouldn't be there...

"They human, He is very close. I can smell his scent." Auralie heard Yang say. Auralie nodded to show that she had understood and readied her weapons. She could not pin-point the humans location and waited for Yang to make the first move.
